Regarding membership, how it works? Eg. customer can register member via website with FB log in / username register?

Customer can collect points or top up into credit for membership, benefit of membership can be set in mochi. Customer can be member and will received affiliate link to share with others to get referral benefits.

After become member, member can have log in via app? or only via company website/ ecommerce portal?

Member can have login to the website funnel to see what benefit they earn and also the benefits of membership program.

If currently customer having collect point membership, how to convert to our mochi software?

Customer can pull out the info into xls format and upload into mochi database.

What marketing function we have for Mochi?

FB, google, newsletter, SMS & whatsapp

For the social media part, how mochi support it? FB ads function will be available on mochi?

We will link to customer FB acc, ads can be done via mochi.

Mochi can do customer rating/ feedback ?

Currently not. This is part of our enhancement plan, will have this in future ya

Whatsapp blasting way. compulsory need business acc? if client didn't add us, can receive our message as well?

Not really it's depends on customer. However Business acc will be more proper. Whatsapp will receive no matter customer save your number or not.

If customer wanna set kpi for admin, like how many case process, how many completed, possible to be done?

Yes, possible to be done.

For hair saloon, can mochi record which customer under which stylist? And to calculate commission for both hair stylist and assistant who service the customer, through the data we import into mochi and do segment?

Yes we can record based on stylist. Similar with our own business. Customer can separate out services like our type of products, each record owner different by stylist etc. comms part same as our internal with different products.

How customer import the data? How their salesman can know which customer belong to which salesman? Any import way or advice to customer?

We have an import button, can direct import using csv format.

For the commission ratio 50% 50% customer how to set? During import data or?

When doing product setup and commission plan setting.

For collect future money part, if package is collect RM5000 in advance, but customer afford to sign for 3000 plan only, can system there being customised to 3k and them reflect there is a balance payment of 2k havent pay yet ?

For future money. Default we will need customer to pay full to join member. Can suggest customer instead allow customer to pay in few payment, They can design few membership type to let customer choose which to join.

For appointment reminder, can mochi do setting in advance upon appt booking?

Yes, can be set in create meeting. One day before, the sms/email/ whatsapp will "automatically" send to their customer to remind.

Can Mochi specific on reminder functions? Let said, they do their installation by June 22 , and next service time will be June 23, can they setting a reminder ,in May 23 , reminder on it , for next mth route planning? How bout recurring on specific date?

Yes can set specific reminder on specific date and also recurring.

After client make an service appointment , can mochi do reminder to the client?

Yes we can do reminder, however we don’t have the appointment booking feature, customer can create appt in our app and send in reminder to customer via email.

当顾客build了一个referral program过后系统会自动detect到然后把reward给member和她朋友吗?还是要manual方式去自己记录?然后reward是用什么方式,在哪里可以看affliliate link?

Yes system will detect the transaction and auto proceed the rewards as per customer setting. Rewards can be % of comm, fixed amount comms, or credits to membership it's depends on customer's preference. Referral will have a portal access to check their comms status and case status. Customer able to check in MOCHI portal.

Mochi可以同时看到 另一个stylist 的appt排在calendar几时吗?避免时间撞在一起 ?

Depends on authority setting. Manager can view all, selected stylist depends on the authority setting to view own only or certain team or all.
